Microsoft - Escalation Engineer

I was an Escalation Engineer for the System Center Product Suite, and as such I was responsible for providing quality support to team and customer escalations with a high degree of customer satisfaction; provide responsive and reliable technical solutions and information to Microsoft customers.

As an escalation engineer I used trace analysis, source code, and other sophisticated debugging tools to analyse problems and develop solutions to meet customer needs. Interface to the product group Provide customer feedback, regarding common problems. Work together to provide solutions to the customer which may include hot fixes and changes to the design of the product.
